Our menu for the evening (Shaffer’s Catering):

  • Fruit, Wedged and Sliced Cheese and Vegetable Display with Crackers, Dip, and Hummus
  • Tuscan Cheese Bruschetta on Crostini, Roasted Baby Peppers stuffed with Goat Cheese, Roquefort Grapes
  • Fried Fish with Tartar Sauce
  • Sesame Chicken Strips with Peanut Dipping Sauce
  • Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Rosemary and Olive Oil
  • Black Bean Salad with Corn, Avocado and Cilantro Lime Vinaigrette
  • Green Salad with Local Lettuces, Grape Tomatoes, Local Cucumbers, on side: chickpeas, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese, house made croutons, assorted dressings, oil and vinegar
  • Corn Muffins and Butter (to include some gluten free)
  • Assorted Mini Pies (lemon, peach, cherry) and Gourmet Brownies
