Join us in celebrating our shared connection to the Shenandoah River through music, stories and brews during an evening at Pale Fire Brewing Company in Harrisonburg, VA. There will be river-centered stories and original music shared by community members, and live music entertainment sandwiched in between. Learn about the river through talking to local conservation groups, drink some top notch brews, and bring some friends to enjoy a lovely Thursday evening in celebration of the river. The featured artist for the evening will be Joshua Vana, of ARTivism Virginia.

Joshua Vana is a songwriter, general songster, multi-instrumentalist, and environmental and social justice activist currently residing in Albemarle County, Virginia. After touring and recording with Nashville songwriter Nora Jane Struthers for five years, he is now the co-director of ARTivism Virginia, providing a supported connection between artists and activists in the fight against the expansion of fossil fuel infrastructure in the region.
