Join us for our field session of VA Save Our Streams Benthic Macroinvetebrate (BMIs) training. Friends staff will provide examples of proper sampling techniques and show you how and where to sample from in a stream. During this field session you will be tested on proper sampling technique and identification of BMIs.
This will be the final course before becoming a certified monitor. This course must be taken with Part 1 and Part 2 which can be found on our events page. Registration is required- click the link above to sign up.
