Ready to find and photograph nature’s treasures? We will meet for a brief photography basics review and then set off to find a list of nature’s treasures. Working as teams or individually, you will find and photograph items described on a nature hunt checklist. After an hour of hunting, we’ll meet to describe our favorite treasures and review photos. Local photographer, Sharon Fisher, will lead the program and will be available to address all photography questions. This activity is perfect for individuals of all ages and families. The program is designed to accommodate all skill levels and types of camera gear, including cell phones. The skills you will learn during our treasure hunt are great tools for creatively capturing and sharing the wonders that surround us.

Meet at the Lupton Entrance (1191 Lupton Rd) upper parking lot pavilion.

Limited to 15 participants. Social distancing and mask required. Boots or other appropriate footwear recommended. The event is weather permitting and will be canceled in the event of inclement weather. There is no fee for this program, but a State Parks parking pass or fee required.

This event is hosted by Friends of Seven Bends State Park.
