Join us for the Friends’ 17th Annual “Fish Fry” Dinner and Auction on Saturday, October 2nd, at Fort Valley Nursery (1175 Hisey Ave, Woodstock, VA) from 4:30-8PM. A silent auction will run throughout the evening, and after dinner, guests can bid on their favorite live-auction items. Bid on terrific vacations, special dining experiences, services, sporting goods, artwork, and more.

Tickets: $65 individual; $100 per couple.

Individual sponsorships: River Hero ($1,500), Largemouth Bass ($1,000), Smallmouth Bass ($500), Great Blue Heron ($250).

Fish Fry Sponsorship Levels and Benefits

Individual Sponsors:

River Hero: $1,500 or more and receive 6 Event Tickets + 4 seats at a Catered Backfield Picnic at Seven Bends State Park with Chief Ranger, Tom Stevens, and Friends’ Executive Director, David Brotman.
Largemouth Bass: $1,000 or more and receive 6 Event Tickets + Special Gift Box of Baked Goods from Flour & Water Bakery, Woodstock, VA.
Smallmouth Bass: $500 or more and receive 4 Event Tickets + 1 Copy of William Trout’s Shenandoah River Atlas.
Great Blue Heron: $250 or more and receive 2 Event Tickets.

Individual and Corporate Sponsorships made by August 20 will appear on the Fish Fry invitation sent to over 500 households.

All Sponsors will be recognized on event signage.

Corporate Sponsors will also receive recognition on our website, in our 12-monthly e-newsletters (reaching over 1,200 subscribers each), and in our semi-annual print newsletters (reaching nearly 600 households each).  Sponsors are thanked in our Facebook posts which reach up to 6,000 people per week, and our event postings were seen by over 200,000 North Fork enthusiasts last year!
