Oh, WHAT a Night!… A Night for the North Fork 2022

It takes a vibrant and dedicated community to do this much good! On Saturday, September 24th, our extraordinary community showed just how committed we are to protecting the river that runs through the Shenandoah Valley and through our lives. Together we raised nearly $68,000 to support our work for the North Fork of the Shenandoah River. This is a new record, and a solid rally cry for the importance and vitality of our work and our extended family of supporters.

It was a festive night at Woodstock Gardens, with fine food and flowing wine and ales from local producers and providers. Thank you to Woodstock Gardens, Happenings Catering Services, Paje Cross & the Culinary Arts Students from Triplett Tech, Flour & Water, Wholesome Foods, Third Hill Winery, Muse Vineyards, Woodstock Brewhouse, Box Office Brewery, Laughlin Auctions, our Event Committee, Committee Chair and Emcee – Laura Bennett, our Many Devoted Event Volunteers, and our Unrelentingly Dedicated Staff.

A very special thanks to all of the generous donors (and exuberant bidders) of the amazing array of travel packages, fine arts, classes, and more, donated to our record-setting auction. And one more very special thank you to Dick and Melissa Moore, and the Moore Family Foundation, for providing a very generous and productive matching gift for our Special Appeal for our community programs. We can all be proud as we move forward with our mission. Enjoy the photo-log below. It was a truly joyful evening. Cheers, Everyone!

If you were not able to attend this year, mark your calendars, and join us this time next year. Cheers!
