Invasive Species Removal at Seven Bends State Park

This socially distanced volunteer activity will meet at the white barn near the Lupton entrance to the park (1191 Lupton Rd, Woodstock, VA) at 9am. Using small handsaws and pruners, volunteers will remove autumn olive adjacent to Lupton Road.

This event is weather-permitting and is limited to 10 people. SIGN UP HERE,

Please bring your own gloves and hand tools if you have them. If not, gloves and tools will be available for use. Masks must be worn when 10 feet of social distancing cannot be maintained. Volunteers need to register as a state park volunteer (if not already in the state park volunteer system) here: www.dcr.virginia.gov/state-parks/volunteer-form
